Each one provides a Known Issues section that might just help you, especially around iOS updates, iCloud issues and bugs.
I also provide a built in user guide for each of my apps, where most (but not all!) questions are answered. It can be found on the Settings tab (Account Tracker for iOS), the bottom right of the main screen (Meter Readings and Hill Lists) or the Help menu (Account Tracker and ATB Viewer for Mac). These user guides are also included here, via the menu at the top or to the right of this screen.
