Minor improvements to the extrapolation calculations.

On the jump to meter(s) screen (top left), I now display the cost since your last bill. This saves having to drill down into the readings of each meter.

Fixed an issue with Dropbox authentication (i.e. linking to the app) timing out after 4 hours.

6.4.1 was released on 18th May 2022 to use the current tariff in the cost extrapolation calculation.

6.4.2 was released on 19th August 2022 with minor changes to the user guide.

6.4.3 was released on 13th October 2022 to fix a layout issue on the iPhone 14 Pro (Max).

6.4.4 was released on 28th November 2022 to fix a layout issue on some newer iPads.

6.4.5 was released on 29th November 2022 to add new (AppStore) marketing screenshots.
